Long-distance travel needs a practical pace. Let us know your pet’s usual routine, feeding arrangements and any mobility or comfort considerations when you enquire.
We discuss the stopping plan and overnight hotel arrangements with you before booking. Journey length depends on your starting point, destination, agreed itinerary and travel conditions; your quotation will set out the proposed arrangements.

We guide and advise you on the travel documentation requirements for your particular journey and make preparation a priority before departure.
With option to have Animal Health Certificates arranged on your behalf via our vet partner near to Eurotunnel/Le Shuttle in Folkestone, we can help coordinate your appointment with your transfer.
Your pet’s existing documents, identification and vaccination history affect what is required. We will discuss these with you during planning, with veterinary requirements confirmed by your vet.

Will I stay with my pet throughout the journey?
Yes. This service is for owners travelling with their pets, including the LeShuttle crossing from Folkestone to Calais.
Can you confirm a journey time and price?
We provide these around your particular route. Share your collection address, destination, dates, passenger and pet details so we can prepare a proposed itinerary and quotation.
Do all pets need a new Animal Health Certificate?
The correct documentation depends on your pet’s circumstances and any valid travel documents already held. We help you review what needs to be checked and coordinate with our vet partner where an AHC is required.
Can you arrange a return journey from Spain?
Yes. Tell us about your return plans when you enquire. We can discuss a private Spain-to-UK transfer and the documentation and veterinary preparations relevant to that direction of travel.
