Can I travel with my dog or cat?
Yes. Our private transfer service is designed for owners travelling together with their pets. Include the number of guests and pets in your enquiry so we can discuss your requirements.
Do you offer Spain-to-UK transfers too?
Yes. You can enquire about private owner-and-pet transfers in both directions between the UK and Spain, as well as journeys through France and elsewhere in Europe.
Can I bring luggage?
There is space for luggage. Tell us how many bags you plan to bring and mention any large items so we can confirm arrangements before booking.
How are comfort breaks and overnight stays planned?
We discuss the route and stopping arrangements with you. Pet-friendly overnight hotel stays can be arranged where needed on longer journeys.
How long will the journey take, and what does it cost?
Timing and price depend on your collection point, destination, travel dates and journey arrangements. Send us those details, together with the number of travellers and pets, for a tailored quotation and an explanation of what is included.
What pet travel documents will I need, and can you arrange an Animal Health Certificate?
Pet travel documentation and compliance are a high priority within our service package. With extensive experience in cross-border pet travel, we guide and advise you on the requirements for your particular journey and help you prepare the necessary documentation before departure.
Our aim is to eliminate paperwork queries at border control and make crossing borders as smooth and relaxing as possible, giving you peace of mind throughout your journey.
Where an Animal Health Certificate (AHC) is required, we can arrange an AHC service in conjunction with a veterinary practice we work closely with near the Eurotunnel in Folkestone. Contact us for a quotation and to coordinate your veterinary appointment with your transfer.
